boiling gear

I believe I had some bacteria in some gear so I boiled it 15 minutes......my question is..I had needle in there for aspiration...however....it looks like a little bit of water got in the gear.....do I have to trash it?

There's no need to put a pin in. I bake mine at 250 F for several times and NEVER had a problem.

You should at least sterile filter it into a new sterile vial.
