California Gold Nutrition Krill Oil?

This is apparently an Iherb in house brand krill oil. The price is pretty dam good!

Been trying to research here and find out if the product is high quality but cant seem to dig up any info - minus some reddit thread that states it's an inhouse brand.

Anyone have any info or feedback? Would be great to save some $ but also dont want to be purchasing snake oil.

Which are these brands? I do also think with krill oil you must get it branded and not just any brand.. Ingredients and labels on these are well off even if you trust them.. Some even use extract in these(not 100% sure that is the way to go as I have looked into it I. E. Not the best way to pour money in the drain lol) , and apparently you can get this in powder, but I am not really sure that is the one to go for even if it has the darkest colour due to the astaxanthin. Some are brighter in colour or at least they appear this way, but are also diluted with water which some brands even state on the igrrdients hence why.
Think with bloodtest Doggcrapp did was a superba krill the manufacturer but a lot of brands say they use this one. Another manufacturer I think was neptune or something

Neptune is good, and there's other reputable brands. I've been using Now's Krill oil. I just take two a day. I focus on high quality fish oil such as: Ocean Blue, Carlsons, etc.

Question- does krill oil in and of itself actually add anything over the EPA and DHA?

Asking because Carlson's fish oil is a hell of a lot cheaper than krill oil and has much higher servings of dha and epa

That's been a highly debated on here. I take Krill just to cover my Omega-3 basis, but I won't stop using fish oil. Some say Krill is absorbed better bc of it's phosopholipid. That just might be the case, but I'm not going to take a ton of Krill every day. Krill oil isn't cheap. Is it better, I don't know you. I won't go wrong with Carlson's.

I have been using it for a while.
Hard to quantify results on supplements, even with bloodwork though.

I take liquid fish oil in the AM and Krill oil in the PM.
I have tried Krill oil based on the word from Dr. Rhonda Patrick.

In general I like California Gold products.
