Can your body start to hold water when getting to dry?(Vets Only)

For the last few weeks I've been running masteron, tren, winstrol, letrozole, 250mg test a week, 50g carbs and under a day but I notice when I start to drink a good amount of water(over a gallon) I think start to hold onto and my face gets little puffed up and maybe love handles too.

Is it it possible that my body is holding water because I've been drying myself out too much?

If so, How do I stop my body from holding onto water I drink?

I am not a (vet only) however, I do know that drinking less than a gallon of water, while on a good cycle like that w/ Letro, and extremely low carbs is absolutely foolish for long periods of time. Your body is probably extremely dehydrated so it will hold on to whatever water it can until you balance your system out.

Change to two gallons a water a day, ensure your eating plenty of sodium, deal with the bloating for a few days, then your body will balance itself out and you will eventually piss all the intercellular water away once you are hydrated. Just my opinion

Well thanks, that makes sense! Defiantly taking your advice and upping my water.

:)

2 gallons a day of water is overkill imo.... at some point you are just drinking to piss.... I have been VERY dry for shows and drank when thirsty. I didn't focus on pounding water all day as my trainer at the time said, "drink more if you want to piss more, otherwise no huge benefit" and I agree.

As long as your pee is clear, you're in the clear ;).

In honesty though, I try to get at least 5 CRYSTAL clear urination's a day. If I want to drink more, then it's just bonus territory. It usually ends up being between a gallon and 1.5 gallons.

have you seen those vids of Jay Cutler and he says how much tang he drinks!? cant be good for the kidneys!?

Drinking two gallons of water a day will destroy your kidneys. Drink when you are thirsty.

You guys are being dramatic with two gallons killing your kidneys lol!!! 1 gallon to 1 1/2 gallons plus coffee, diet soda, Intra drinks etc puts you around 2 gal of fluids easy. I drink half a gallon just Intra and feel dehydrated if I don't. Drinking less than you need is much harder on your kidneys especially if your taking a boat load of health supps, and training with high intensity. That's straight from my docs mouth.

Bad advice for a few reasons.

Lots of guys here already have high blood pressure due to AAS. Then you are recommending more sodium on top of that.

Eating too much salt can raise your blood pressure, which triples your risk of developing heart disease or stroke. Therefore the food standards agency recommends consuming no more than 6g per day. Drinking more water will not cancel out it's effect.

Sea salt still contains sodium. It's the sodium in salt which increases blood pressure. Therefore it is no better for you than normal salt.

It's actually very difficult to eat too little salt. This is because it's in so many everyday foods, such as breakfast cereals, bread, soups, sauces and ketchup.

Replacing with low sodium alternatives e.g. lo-salt is also not recommended as these replace sodium with potassium, which in excess is not good for you either, particularly if you have kidney problems.

See also Tom's statement above. Too much water intake is bad on kidneys too. Gear also stresses kidneys. See where this is all going?

Lots of you guys on these boards will get out advice not knowing the person's medical background or any stats on that person.

I have high blood pressure, on meds for it. Salt has absolutely zero effect on my blood pressure as long as my fluid stays normal. Same info from my doc who is a competitive bodybuilder. In addition nearly every coach I have worked with advocates higher water intake while on lower carbohydrate diet as long as you maintain electrolyte level which easily get flushed out.

I'm one of those people that can't drink a lot of just straight water. I get sick and light headed. If flushes all the nutrients out of my body.
Once I tried to flush and drink large amounts of water to try and beat a piss test only to make myself feel light headed and sick.
IMO you drink when your thirsty

After reading this I have realized that I am not posting here for a while. Posting an article about a 28 year old dying from a contest in relevance to a chemically enhanced athletic individual who works out on average 60-120 mins a day and excretes large volumes of sweat(in some cases overnight especially with Tren) is absolutely ridiculous. Wow!!! This made my day.
