If you are doing this to lose fat then why split anyting at all. Just eat your daily carb intake throughout the day and spread it out to last all day. yes have some carbs with your meals post workout but think you are overcomplicatig this. Just eat your carbs with all your meals through the day. I am using about 250gms carbs all day long(low). Normally it might be 400-500gm on normal diet. I just space it out over 7 meals with my protein and fats.
