Carb splitting when dieting

I'm cycling my carb intake 3 days low-moderate, 1-2 days high. about 200-240 on low and 350-400 on high days. It would be better to split them through all meals (except last) or to have pre post and post post workout?

If you are doing this to lose fat then why split anyting at all. Just eat your daily carb intake throughout the day and spread it out to last all day. yes have some carbs with your meals post workout but think you are overcomplicatig this. Just eat your carbs with all your meals through the day. I am using about 250gms carbs all day long(low). Normally it might be 400-500gm on normal diet. I just space it out over 7 meals with my protein and fats.

Do yourself a favor and not overstress the way you split it up by. Do as OF said distribute through out the day evenly, it will yield the same results.

Correct and I forgot to mention it will help maintain stable blood suger levels as well which will minimize the insulin response to carb ingestion. No spikes.
 
thanks. I was thinking the same-as long as calories stays there no big difference how to split carbs through the day, but Christian Thibaudeau in this carb cycling codex recomends to have 3 carb meals-25% in the morning,50% after workout and another 25% few hours after workout. so on high days it would be around 150-200g of carbs post workout,that's about 3-4 cups of rice in one sitting :eek: :eek:
