I was gonna do a pre contest carb up run with insulin trial and see how it works out. very depleted and have always problem filling up. I use insulin before and it works great 10iu post workout very full but i used it off season only.
whats the best approach?
Type insulin: Humalog/novorapid Or Humulin R
What dosage
I was thinking like 2-3iu with every meal 4-50g carbs but maybe to low dose to fill up?
Appreciate some suggestions.
