Cardio only post w/o meal

Hi , I`ve just started trying to lose some unwanted fat and i`m unsure of my post work out meal / shake after a cardio only session. On heavy lifting days i have a wpi 50gram shake and 80-100 grams of glucose but do i realy need that many carbs after cardio only. Cardio is done first thing in morning on an empty stomach. Thanks guys.
 
On cardio only days you can just stick with all protien and fat, but make sure to take in more fat than normal. If you still want carbs have low glycemic carbs post cardio like 50g whey and a cup of oats.
 
thanks mate i was thinking along those lines but was just a bit unsure.
Any other input for diferent approaches would be apreciated. ( I know its not THAT complicated) :rolleyes: . Thanks guys.
