Hi , I`ve just started trying to lose some unwanted fat and i`m unsure of my post work out meal / shake after a cardio only session. On heavy lifting days i have a wpi 50gram shake and 80-100 grams of glucose but do i realy need that many carbs after cardio only. Cardio is done first thing in morning on an empty stomach. Thanks guys.
