Just about to start a new cycle, clen/cytomel, and i was wondering how much cardio everyone does. Right now i'm at about 5 days a week, weight training about 3 days. Cardio on lifting days is about 35-45 min, interval training, 1 min sprint, 2 min jog, i do that on the elliptical. Then non lift days i do about 35 min on the treadmill or elliptical, depending upon how my knee is feeling (torn meniscus over a year ago, almost at 100%). What would be a good amount of cardio to get the max results?
