cardio you do

Just about to start a new cycle, clen/cytomel, and i was wondering how much cardio everyone does. Right now i'm at about 5 days a week, weight training about 3 days. Cardio on lifting days is about 35-45 min, interval training, 1 min sprint, 2 min jog, i do that on the elliptical. Then non lift days i do about 35 min on the treadmill or elliptical, depending upon how my knee is feeling (torn meniscus over a year ago, almost at 100%). What would be a good amount of cardio to get the max results?

I generally do 35-40 mins cardio every day when it's contest time. But off season three times a week is good. I go for slow steady fat burn. I know interval is good for that but i find that a good brisk pace or about 85% max heart rate works really well.
 
I just do my wife. Sometimes I can go to half hour and I look like I took a shower afterwards.
 
Only do cardio for pre contest. But I play alot of hand ball and train in UFC fighting in the off season so.
 
Jump rope intervals, Max speed for about 10-15 seconds then medium speed for about a minute. I do that for about 3 minutes then walk over to soccer field(about 30 second walk) and run a 50 yard sprint, walk back to the starting position and sprint another one. Then I walk back to the basketball courts and repeat with the jump rope. I do that circuit 5 times which is about 30 minutes only slowing to walk from one to the other and after I'm completely exhausted. I do this at the park by my house (sometimes in the dark) then ride my bike to the beach about a mile away and do some light swimming/cooling off.

Agree with you Oldfella three times/w, if someones goal is to put size. Although cardio is very good for health every day, the risk is that some hard gained muscle will be lost together with the fat.

For Cardio right now I'm doing 30-45mins. on weight training days and an hour on non lifting days. My cardio varies I do some mild and some hit cardio. I switch it up cause I've been doing pro wrestling for about 5years and have to keep my endurance up.

Me too.

But I don't do your wife, I do mine, except I am not married, so she is actually my girlfriend.

LOL....I do 30-45min 3x/wk, and sometimes run in the mornin for 20min

I have used a VERY similar approach and had great sucess. I like to do it once a week and 45 minutes @ 65% max rate during the rest of the week..

I find for me that if I do HIIT all the time I burn up too much muscle
