IF FAT LOSS IS THE GOAL, WHILE LOSING MINIMAL MUSCLE.....
What is your favorite time in regards to the best results?

I personally like cardio in the morning. I take my thermogenic/aminos/green tea, then head down to the gym. I find i am able to take off fat pretty quick, while maintaining the majority of the muscle
