IF FAT LOSS IS THE GOAL, WHILE LOSING MINIMAL MUSCLE.....

What is your favorite time in regards to the best results?
(fat loss : muscle sparing)

I personally like cardio in the morning. I take my thermogenic/aminos/green tea, then head down to the gym. I find i am able to take off fat pretty quick, while maintaining the majority of the muscle :)

definitely fasted, upon waking. everyone i know from school disagrees :p
and i get hated on.. yet im the guy whos the biggest/leanest/strongest... not leanest year round.. but.. you know :D

Right when I wake up.. I guess that's AM fasted but I'm a night owl so there's alot of PM fasted too.
 
I am the type that takes awhile to wake up and get moving so I do it post workout.
 
I still prefer morning/fasted cardio however evening cardio has been effective for me also.

Not before a workout becuase its to hard to get into the target heart range. After wieghts works great after you burn off all that glycogen. Thats the best post workout. AM fasted works as well but thats best for low int.

Fasted morning cardio (most effective for me), post workout cardio (most common due to my schedule) and evening cardio (I try to go a few hours without eating first), in that order.
 
For fat burning, first thing in the morning, high intensity, not longer that a half an hour, otherwise cortisol levels go up.
 
Usually either post workout or in the PM sometime, def NOT a morning person. :p

Post workout for me. For Fatloss, I would say post workout because if you do cardio first and then your workout, you wouldnt have much energy left. I would do workout first then cardio you burn more fat. But that just my personal opinion.
 
AM fasted for sure....Until I have to add in more than an hour. Then I split it AM/post workout.
 
First thing in the morning. Get it out of the way.
I used to walk a mile or so to the gym and that was a pretty good warm up without wearing me out, but not realy cardio.
 
First thing in morning or after workout, but havnt done cardio in a while!
