who has tried his training with multiple sets of 3-5 reps ?
 
Done lots of 6 rep sets and such
but I mainly do

1 Warmup set 12 reps
1 mid-warmup 10-12 reps
1 HEavey Sets 6-10 reps
1 Hard set 3-6 reps

Done that Exercise for example
Dumbell Incline Press
60lbs Warmup
80lbs Mid-warm
110 Heavy
130 Hard
 
i've done similar programs to what Waterbury recomends and believe more people need the thick and dense look that low reps can give
 
Waterbury has 100 different workout programs..

which one are you referring to?
 
he's referring to how waterbury in general employs a high volume of sets with low reps
 
Been training this way for many years, I've never heard of waterbury! But this method produces the thick dense muscle that screams power and strength! 5 sets of every exercise (warm-ups not included).
