At this time I'm on my 16th. wk. of test enan. 1000 per and I'm getting
stale. Not much improvement. I am doing a long cycle, I'm tired of the yo
yoing cycles 12 wks on and off so I'm trying to get
some ideas to spruce things up a bit for more growth like either changing
to a shorter ester test or adding something else. could someone give me
some ideas. Right now I am studing up on syntherol for more size but
until I know what I'm doing with that, I'm looking to try another compound
 
1000mg/week?

Change your workout and eat more.... Not trying to be a dick but thats my advise.
 
My man, I'm 277lbs. at about 15% body fat. I put away ten cans
of tuna a day. and that's between meals and your telling me to eat
more. thanks but no thanks.
 
Why not go to maintanince dose (200-250mg) for 8-10wks? Then go back to cycle...

Accually, that sounds like a good idea. I know guys that have done
this before with good results, but I kind of forgot about it.

|--[\\\]>------- Man, that is hard on the body isnt it? 1g a week for that many weeks? you would have gotten much better results cutting that dose in half and staying on a for a bit longer IMO...i used to have that mentality, more is better, but over the years i have learned that is NOT true.
 
I agree with BBA, in the meantime, EAT MORE!
 
Cutting down is a great way to let your body chill out like to 500mg/weeks or i would rather go on prop and some sort of anabolic or do a diff type lighter cycle to get things rolling around again, prop and eq or 500mg test e. and some winny- just lighten it up then kick it back up add some dbol for a couple of weeks and youll boost right back up- eating big like 5k+ cals a day gets tough after a while-maybe kick your diet down add some cardio and lean out and then when you go back to eating heavy and gearing up heavy youll blow up bigger- always keep switching things up if they get stale imo-

Hey Bro

I know I'll get flamed for this but....add some tren in(for Your last 3 weeks)....I have a Buddy that is an IFBB pro & he always waits to throw either an oral or tren in @ the end of a cycle when he goes stale....it gives him a last boost for about a 3 week period & it keeps his liver values healthy as opposed to the typical 4 weeks of an oral androgen & another 4 of an oral anabolic as most people do...just a thought

this is for EATING MORE. Didn't you read my responce on that subject.
I EAT SIX TIMES A DAY for Gods sake. Red meats, fish flounder, chicken
breasts, veg, and tons of tuna. I'm not going to respond on that one
anymore. Now that that's out of the way, I think the bridging idea from
MikeS is the way I'm going for now and then when I go back I'll cut down
a bit on the test. and maybe add an oral for a couple of wks.

first, i think that you should eat more. lol j/k my man just breaking the ice. seriously thiugh you ever try doing a 16 week cycle consisting of say, the first 4 weeks of test enanthate, the next 4 weeks sust, the next 4 cyp, and the final 4 going back to enanthate. i got my biggest gains doing that exact one and i was only 500mg of enanthate, 600mg of cyp, and 500mg sust. everyones different but i never felt stale or un-motivated. good luck bro.

For some reason I new that was coming, You know, at first I thought
I was going to regret asking this question and bring up the fact that
I'm on 1000mgs. of test. which I see no differance than doing 500mgs.
of test. and 400mgs. of something else. Anyway, now I'm kinda glad
I did cause you guys have given me some good ideas, this one doesn't
sound that bad either. The only thing is would there be much differance
between the enanthate and cyp. is that why you've got the cyp 100mg
more then enan. there are both about the same. Anyway, guess I'll
start writting up my christmas list.
 
Do a good PCT and stay off for a while andlet your body re-adjust... i bulked up to 270 nattty.... yeah you will get fat but once yiu cut down you will be happy.

99% of the time when people are on a cycle and they get "STALE" as you put usually means their diet is lacking, or thier training, with 1000mg of test in your body most would not need more gear but more food.

You gave piss poor amount of info in your first post.

277 and 15% body fat.... SO. it does not mean shit, the same advise would work for you or someone 227 at 15%.

Mybe you missing carbs, macro's, fat's, amino's??????????

Or you could just pile on more gear, the come back in 12 weeks saying your stale again.

My poin is and WAS it may not be gear related. :rolleyes:

Well jesus christ you poor baby! You eat 6 times a day!?!? OH MY LORD.


MAYBE...you need to eat SEVEN times a day to grow. Obviously, what you're doing isn't working. If you're not growing, you're not eating. If you were eating correctly to gain you would at least be throwing on WEIGHT whether it be muscle or fat. If more was fat than muscle, then you re-evaluate your diet and training. If that doesn't work, then yes, you probably do need more drugs.

i think casper78 said 600mg of cyp because it generally comes in 200mg per cc. instead of 250mg in enanthate and sust.

exactly it supersized25. the cyp that i have always used is 200mg per cc. so i figured i would do a little more (600mg) as opposed to a little less (400mg).

It sounds like you take offense when people suggest eating more?!?! Eating more MAY NOT be the answer. But I can tell you I know a handful of guys who have competed and they were eating 8+ meals when they were in the off-season looking to pack on lean mass. Point is, the juice is not the first answer. Proper DIET is number 1. Training and Rest come in 2nd. (my opinion) Juice is the icing on the cake to take you to the next level.
I too cycle for longer periods of time. And I can tell you, when I change my protein/carb/fat ratios and or calorie consumption, this is when I see my body make another change.
Bottom line - my advice is just make sure you reevaluate your entire "program" to try to find an area that needs "tweaking" don't asume it's one area without at least looking at the others as possible canidates.
Also, without the essential "building blocks" (calories) your body will grow while on the juice but you are more likely to lose it when you come off.
 
i think he just needs to get off for a while. i don't think he needs to eat anymore either. if anything...carbs. he said he is 15% bf so there is an excess of caloric intake coming from somewhere.

btw...i never believed that 'x' amount of gear will continue to make gains indefinetely. there will be some limit to what 'x' can do. i always shut down my cycles around 5-8 weeks. i found no need to stay on high dosages for much longer for little gains, health, and empty pocket book.

i also go in line with bba. the days of 2500mg of test per week are gone and i really just take a tiny little oral once per day to keep me happy. granted i'm 50lbs smaller lmao
 
I have no problem with advice given to me as long as it is done in a more
dignified and respectable way. I'm not going to say I know everything about
bodybuilding but I have been lifting weights for over 25 years I know when
I've overtrained and I know when my diet is lacking I have a friend who
use to write nutrition articles for Joe's Muscle and Fitness mg. and also runs
Kevin Levroni's gym out here in Glen Burnie. He helps me keep on track.
So, I have no need for some 20 year old kid critisizing my eating habits.
My apologizes to how ever I offended.
