Check out the picture (scroll down) of this years WNBF World Champion overall winnner Jim Cordova from Evansville, IND.
He has a very impressive level of thickness and muscle density. I can't really say that I have seen natural athletes who were that dense and have the ability to make the muscle literally pop off its bone when flexed
He is around 175..mabey slightly higher in contest shape.
