Clen during clean bulk.

im wondering if anyone has used clen during a clean bulk just to keep that stubborn fat off.

thinking about adding it to my supps.

Opinions appreciated as always

We put enough in our bodies, why do so w/ another chemical when this is very easily controlled through better attention to diet (macros). If we've learned anything on this board, one can certainly put on lbm (especially while on aas) while maintaining or even losing bf. Bulking??? No need... Adjust carbs, pro or fat, toggle calories around to see what works for you. No need for the clen bro. Get your diet in check and you can gain very efficiently w/ little to no bf gain.

i was more or less just curios

my diets currentlly about 60g. fat
300 gr. protien
300-350gr. carbs daily

he is exactly right, get the diet in check. If you have it in check clen can help. A lot of people use it during buliking or cutting to help fight some of the fat and because it helps break down the food making it more available for your muscles to use.
 
Some "experts" like dave palumbo claim that stimulants like clen really increase your body's cortisol output which is not a good idea when you are trying to gain muscle. Precontest he says it doesnt matter because you arent building muscle with a low cal diet and so much cardio anyway. I dont know about the clen but i always feel more energetic and better in the gym when i limit my coffee intake to only 2 cups a day preworkout. Before i drank at least 10 cups or so a day.
