I am planning on doing a 2 month clen / eca cycle. Standard 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. I was wondering if you guys could help me out with my dieting though. I was thinking about keeping the carbs normal with the clen and then dropping them with the eca. Any info on how many calories / protein / carbs I should be eating a day would be awesome. Cardio every day in the morning on an empty stomach?
