CLEN/T-3

If you are going to be using it with gear, then go ahead and use it. But if you are just gonna do T3/Clen by itself, I would advise againt it. T3 burns way to much muscle. A proper diet by itself would be just fine!
 
yea I know, I just am getting everybodys defrent thought on how they would take it.
 
i might catch some flak about this but, i think clen is overrated. i actually got much better results with eca's. as for t3. you will get a mix of ways to rotate it. i do two on two off. some go all the way with it for 6 weeks ect. i never have been on it more than 6 weeks.

SO HOW WOULD YOUR 6 WEEK CYCLE OF T-3 LOOK LIKE? JUST SO I HAVE A REF. TO GO BUY I WOULD ADJUST IT TO FIT ME.
 
I guess if you really want to go for it. I would do it something like this

cycle it 2 weeks on, 2 off

use 6tabs/clen (im assuming this is not superclen) a day
use 25mcg of t-3 daily.

I would as little as possible!
 
i personally never do over 50 mcg and run two on and two off all the way through the 6 weeks. i have also in the past , ran 5 days on and two off and th results seemed to be the same. i have seen too many guys go up to 100 mcg and regardless of the gear they were on they lost too much muscle tissue. a friend of mine runs it this way. weeks 1 and 2 : 50 mcgs weeks 3 and 4 : 75 mcgs weeks 5 and 6 : 50 mcgs week 7 and 8: 25 mcg eod.

With week 3&4 just use ECA by itself. Other then that, it looks fine
 
I READ THE LAST POST TO FAST LOL. i did not see the eca in those weeks. i agree with jimbo, drop the t3 if you are going to do both.
 
I'm on T3 right now: week 1 and 2- 200mcg ed, week 3and4- 150mcg ed, week 5- 125mcg, week 6- 100mcg, week 7- 75,week 8- 50, week 9- 25, week 10 12.5 ed

I'm not on clen though. I tried lower doses before but didn't see the results I wanted so I uped it and am really liking what I see.
