Heyy everybody, just have a quick question for all the competitive guys on the board. Do you guys run Clen and T3 throughout and during a show, or do you stop beforehand due to the possibility of severe cramping onstage?
If you do stop before a show, how long is long enough to eliminate cramping, but not suffer from a rebound in water weight or possibly even bodyfat? Any opinions are greatly appreciated. Thanks!
