Well take this for whatever its worth
Clen actually helps me to get an appetite to eat all that baked, canned, whatever fat free meat source and those boring ass carbs and efa's. I literally eat more on clen while dieting which in turn helps me to grow while dieting. I remember reading a post here by BIG KIWI who mentioned at 300mcg, yes thats 300 mcgs. He actually found himself hungrier and growing on that much clen, which is quite the opposite for most. I know some who dont respond on clen no matter what the dosage and others who take as much as 200 mcgs a day while doing PCT or dieting. As far as the ananbolic effect, its really hard to say. I guess you just have to experiment for your self to really know.
