coming off first cycle diet

i have 3 more weeks left of my first cycle 400mg test cyp for 12weeks.. i have been doig low fat mod carb high protien diet and i gained around 20 lbs and not much fat if any at all..... now i am going to come off my cycle and want to actually keep the body fat down while retaining good gains.. should i start doig high fat high protein with a carb up day or stay with what i am doig now? i work i the construction industry and im busting ass all day long while doig 30mins cardio post workout 4 days a week.... i am thinkig of hiring ken skip hillor another trainer in around 6 months but cant ante up the cash at this mommet... just want to see what everyone thinks stats 5'8 200 not sure what bf but abs are visible

why change anything?If it got you the weight without any fat, why change it?

im doing lots of cardioo wanted to back it down for the winter with more diet while holding onto gains (i dont want to elliminate cardio just bump it down) figured the lowcarb way is a good way to acheive this... if i did no cardio i would gaina a ton of fat

then come next april i could go into my second cycle add lots of cardio and grow while cuttig

WHy would you gain fat if you cut back your cardio? If your diet is in check you shouldnt gain bad weight unless youre eating bad

FYI, i get contest ripped and only do 7-10 minutes of cardio 6 days a week at MOST.
diet is where its at.
