Ridiculous triceps on the first. Paul dillet doesnt do much for me but the first guy had outstanding tricep and overall arm devolpment.

I agree Paul Dillet is not that impressive in comparison to some. Ernie Taylor I think has the best "looking" triceps. I think that is only because of his short stature.

I still think some of the old school BBer's had the best looking biceps by even todays standards. Compare Serge Nubret's biceps to Ronnie Coleman's and you will see what I am saying. Just my opinion though!

The first guy, Joe Bucci, did have some crazy arms, that's fer sure.

Mentzer's arms looked awesome. In my opinion if I could have anyones arms Id take his.

That first guy has some serious arms.

Yeah the first guy is much more impressive to me... What did the old schoolers do to get arms like that? There has to be a difference in the way they trained or something because you just don't see guys today with that kind of look... And to me guys like Sergio and Arnold had a lot better looking physique than guys today...

Great Joe Bucci

Joe had soem great and crazy arms...many guys had great arms but it has been so long since we have seen great arms like these we forgot that was the way it was back then...on most guys..today they are different looking altogether...they are NOT better just different and i woudl take arms of the 70's way before any arms of today..but thats me..

I take lee priest TOTALLED arm developpement ANY DAY.
FROM forearms to bicep/tricep :D

seems to me the one thing they all have in common is they do alot of volume all the old school boys like arnold were none for training for hours a day as is the man with the best arms today lee presit he does 20 - 25 sets for bis and tris but then these guys are freaks
