Crazy facial water retention, fever, tren acetate help

I get a reaction to certain injectables where I feel physically sick, lack of energy, bones and joints ache and get headaches from just about every 17aa oral now. As I've aged I have generated these issues as I was good back when I was 25.

Its either a reaction to a solvent(s) or a carrier oil. ARL products are the worst offenders.
