Hey bros

I was thinking of taking some creatine while I am dieting. I know there is so many different types out there. What seems to be the favorite.
 
I've been using creatine ethyl ester.

Is the ethyl ester absorb quicker and do you get the same ole bloat from it like the old stuff?
 
I don't know that it's necessarily "absorbed" any quicker. It is assimilated MUCH better than regular - doesn't get lost in the digestive tract as easily.

They say 2-3 grams before and after working out. You do not need to do a loading phase. I just take a "heaping" 1/2 teaspoon full prior to working out - probably a tad more than 3g and don't use it afterwards.

The powder tastes worse than ass. I take a swig of water and keep it in my mouth, tilt my head back and dump the spoonful to the back of my mouth. I immediatly take a very small swig of low-sugar maple syrup and swish it around in my mouth. This gets rid of the aftertaste right away :p

If you got bloat and if it looked like chalk is because you used garbage quality creatine.
SyntheCREATINE is micronised, gets disolved instantly in anything you put it in (can't even tell it's there), it's tasteless and it gives you no bloat.
This and ethyl ester are the only creatines that have ever worked for me.
The other old chalky stuff never gave me any results what to speak off, only diahrea.

Stay away from Monohydrate....it's useless. Di-creatine Malate and ethyl ester malate are the way to go. No loading, no bad sides like upset stomach or cramping, and much more effective. Im not going to name any brands as there was as it is against board rules, but PM me and Id be happy to share with you what I think works.

That's what I used to think as well about monohydrate until I used the one I mentioned which I KNOW it's the best possible quality (micronised, pure grade, etc, etc) and I get no bloating, definetely no diarhea or stomach cramps.
I use it with 50g of maltodextrin each time and I get as much water in my muscles as I do with d-bol.
