Customs seizure letter - yikes..what do I do?
Customs Seizure letter

Does anyone know what to do with these if and when they arrive? (used a Fake name)

Am I in big trouble or am I lucky they didn't do a "controlled delivery"?

say it is not yours!

Make sure that any future shipments do not require your signature, and once you receive your next package do not open it, place on your counter, wait a few hours and take it somewhere else to open it.

Friend of mine signed for a package, closed the door, opened the package, door bell range, went back to the door and they grabed him.

Hopefully you will get some advice from other people as well.

Tiny, am i a friend of yours? Why do i ask, b/c that is exactly how i got busted! Bro, throw the letter away. If your source requires you to send the letter to him as proof so he'll re-mail, then send it to him, otherwise, get rid of it. Also get everything out of your house for now...better safe then sorry. Do'nt use that name/addy again for recieving stuff. it might be 'red-flagged'

You can pitch the letter; you dont need to clean house though. If they were going to raid, youd get that-not a letter. But that seizure DOES go into a database. So Id change ship-to addresses. Be careful and safe.

Go strait down to your nearest customs office and demand your shit!!!

Just kiddin ya bro. I never got one before but I would freak the hell out!! Good advice above this post. I think I would take all that into consideration. Nothing worse than the "man" going through your house!!!







ps. I had a seizure once, but glucose took care of it.
