Is it possible to have a package seized and still receive packages at that address?

I probalbly wouldnt either. I placed 2 orders about a week apart and my first order didnt all come yet and my second just came to the same address. I dont know if the first is lost or seized but second came no problem.

did u recieve letter from customs ? if u didnt then maybe it was never sent or someone else recieved it ....

If you get a letter from customs, your address has been flagged and I would recommend you use a different address for any future orders.

I had placed an order about a week after the first order to the same address. That was when i started getting my first packages from the first order,but then my last 3 packages from first order didnt come but i did receive my second order. What may have happened?

It is not uncommon at all for packages to get stuck in corners, placed in bins, or shuffled around a bit before moving on to the next shipping phase. Clearance times vary from shipment to shipment. Nothing is set in stone and each order will be different. Unless you receive a letter, continue to wait for your products, they may show up yet. I would not panick, things happen and this is a waiting game. You have to have a ton of patience in this business, things are out of our control.

How long do you have to wait?

So how long do you have to wait for the customs letter?

I ordered over three weeks ago and am still waiting. It's my first order so I'm a little paranoid... Hopefully it's just a shipping delay.
