first of all, i would just like to say thanks to this board and its members. i stumbled upon this site a few months ago seeking some basic aas info and since then it has pretty much changed my life...from training to nutrition to relationship problems to my understanding of aas. i now consider myself fairly knowledgable. again, thanks.
im about to start my first cycle of 300mgs a week of test e followed by nolvadex pct. my goal is to gain but i would like to cut up a bit after the cycle. is this a bad idea? should i be more concerned with maintaining muscle? and what would be the best way of going about doing it? i do not want to comprimise my gains but would like to have a decent six pack. any suggestions?
stats. 26 yrs, little over a year training consistently but off and on since age 18, have made decent gains about 20 pounds, 6ft 220 at about 13%bf (not so sure about bf %). following big a's training principles.
