Cuttting bodyfat on cruise...

Cruise on 100test 100tren. Don't go into a big cal deficit. Cut some carbs or fats and add a little protein.
are u talking mg per week here ?? If so im keen to know what your bloods look like cruising on this and how you feel.. was thinking about trying this to try shed bf while cruising . Want to keep tren sides low also... are you running e or a

This is my normal cruise. Sides are low w/ good results. I prefer tren a and test prop (eod). Diet of course is important as well as cardio. 45 min of cardio works for me. You start burning fat after 30 min.

If your taking in less cals then you burn why would it take 30 mins to start burning fat?

Good point. But I like to eat :D So for me, during the 1st 30 min of cardio I'm just burning off sugar and carbs. Dieting has never been one of my strong points.

So long as your counting macros your still create an energy deficit that needs to be paid back later. I like 45 to an hour as imgetting into my zone after 30 minutes and it let's me keep my carbs higher which makes me feel good.
