I'm not sure if this is in the right area.
I'm going to be playing football this summer. I'm in my early 30s and haven't played in 5 years. I'm still in great shape, but I'd like to get my strength and speed up. I ran about 5 cycles (10 wk Test C @ 500 (also used Sust) w/ Eq@ 400 sometimes with Var or Winny) over the last 5 years, but never while playing football. So here is my question:
If I cycle now during the off season strength training I'll have to cycle off just about when spring training starts and run my PCT and wont have the "on" feeling during the season. But I want to be at my best for spring training to secure a starting position. I feel like I should be "on" during the season, right?
I was thinking running a 14 week (as long as the season) of EQ at 400mg/wk with a little Test and use Var for a kickstart during spring training.
Any suggestions or advice?
