This is a good thread from PM / Xcel about DC stretches. I used to hate "normal" stretching but the DC style really makes me feel like I'm working my muscles, not just doing yoga or something. And his calf exercises/stretches are my favorite.

EDIT: on IntenseMuscle, search for a big thread by InHuman that has pics of all stretches- may even be a sticky but he is on hard cord DC mo-fo...

I've been doing exclusively DC for about a year now, been personaly trained by Dante for 3 months. I have realized gains and composition changes in my physique that I thought were not possible. I am in the best shape of my life, my joint pains, which were significant at one time, have dissappeared. I should mention that I have been training for 21 years (38 years old) so I've tried everything there is!

I probably don't need to say this but DC is one of the most intelligent trainers out there today. His methods are cutting edge!

Just try it if you can handle it and you'll see!!:eek:
 
outstanding!! i'm really exited to try this. ive been basically training for strength lately using bill starrs' 5x5 method. that has deffinitly brought my strenth up!! im going to give dc training a shot when i pleateu on my lifts. thanks

These stretches are very intense and they WORK!
 
If you are following DC's style when does he say is best to perform streches? 1 set post work out? multipel streches during? I think I can handle trying some of these streches post work out. Changing things up is always good.
 
Train the bodypart, rest the same time as you would between sets then stretch it for 60-90 seconds. If your doing them correctly you won't make 90 seconds!!
