DC didn't much for me for bulking. Did get strength gains that carrier over when I switched back to something more traditional.
It worked really well for me when I was dieting down for summer. Kept my strength up during the diet. It became part of my dieting routine for years after. I think I'd do it for about 6 to twelve weeks, then I'd stagnate and go back to traditional stuff.
