For those of you that are doing DC training - at what point did you switch from the 2 day split to the 3 day split? I see that majority of people grow well off the 2 day [chest/shld/tri/back + biceps/legs]
You will grow more on the two way. The three way is for more advanced and is used to allow lagging body parts to be brought up. Intensemuscle has quite a few good articles on who should and shouldn't use the split.
