Dexter Jackson's diet plan for me

O.K. as some of you guys might remember Dexter's helping get ready for my contest. When I got this from him my first thought was "I'm doing this already". So I was a little disappointed, but maybe other people can benifit from it, so here you go.


Breakfast egg whites 8 (1yolk)
Oatmeal 1 cup you can use grits as a sub
DHEA 200mg
Potassium 150mg



Snack Meal replacement 1 add 1 scoop of protein
add 1 scoop of glutamine


Lunch Chicken Breast 8 oz
Baked potato 1 you can sub with 1 cup rice
Potassuim 150mg

Snack Meal Replacement 1 add 1 scoop of protein
add 1 scoop of glutamine


Dinner Fish 8oz orange roughy/talapia
you can sub with chicken

Green beans 1 cup you can sub with broccoli

DHEA 200mg
Potassium 150mg

Snack Protein Shake 1 Whey
you can sub with 8egg whites


Water 1-1 1/2 gallon





Comments:
Be sure to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours
Add 1 extra protein shake on days you wake up at 4 am for work
Do 2 30 min. cardio sessions 6X's/wk


This isn't an exotic diet or anything, but this is the one Dexter gave me so I decided to share it with you guys. I actually had been on this diet for two weeks before he give to me, so you can imagine I wanted to laugh when I looked at it

I'm also wonder what some of the experts onthis board think (I think it's pretty generic)
 
I would lose A TON of muscles on such a famine diet :cool:
 
hey phidias........ have you ever posted your bulking diet? im curious as to what you eat because my starting point was similar to your before pics. i now weigh 235 10% and am kinda stuck. its starting to get really hard for me to add lean mass. keep in mind 6 years ago i was 155 at 8% :D

i honestly believe it is an awful diet, im not saying that the more esoteric the better, but this is just way too generic. its almost as if he just wrote down a diet from FLEX Magazine but threw in the added scoop of protein to the mrp shakes
 
I find it humerous that people pay big name pros to do their diets and expect that it will be some kinda miracle diet plan. Their is not alot of great diet guys out there, and most of their plans are very generic. Imo Phil H is the only one that I have found at this stage that takes all sorts of factors surrounding your body type and carb sensitivities ect... into account when he plans things out for you.
Just because Dexter is successful at the pro level does not mean he is a diet guru.
