diet advice needed, please help

IM 5'11 208 around 10-12%bf. my trainer designed a diet for me but i think its a bit low on several things. please critique. IM on 750test, 600tren
meal one
6 egg whites, 1tbls flax seed oil, 1/2 cup oatmeal uncooked weight, 5 grams glutaminr
meal two
2 scoops whey isolate (60 grams protein) 5 grams glutamine
meal 3
10oz raw weight chicken, 1/2 cup cooked brown rice, 1/2 cup veggies
metal 4
same as 3 plus no-xplode as my pre workout
meal 5. post workout...
60 grams whey protein isolate, 50 grams carbs, 5 grams glutamine
meal 6.
6 oz lean red meat raw weight , 1 1/2 cups veggies, 4oz sweett potato

Amy advice os greatly appreciated, im deathly afraid of loosing muscle during this cut. he also has me doing 20mins cardio a day post workout

stop. why dont you trust someone you paid to help you?

btw that looks fine to me, especially on 1300mg of gear, your not gonna lose muscle bro:rolleyes:

i trust him to an extent. i just think sometimes he forgets how much of a genetic freak he is and applies what may work for him to other people
 
Losing muscle is an urban legend put out there to make you buy more protein. It is actually pretty hard to lose muscle. You need to really be retarded when it comes to dieting to lose muscle.
Losing muscle glycogen is not losing muscle, its only temporary. Plus on all that shit...no way.
 
I'm no pro when it comes to diet but having the same stats as you and when I was cutting my diet started off very similar. Then slowly cutting out carbs over time but what u posted looks like a phase 1 and go from there. Always trust your coach though regardless what I or someone else says. That's what u pay them for. If you're making progress week after week then obviously they know what their doing provided you're also pulling your weight doing as they tell u.

IM just starting phase two.i guess you'd call it which is pulling the carbs out of one of those meals everyday for 5 days then starting the cycle over. should be interesting
