Just saw my friend today who has a caliper and measures my fat %

in 2 weeks I lost 2.5% of fat !!

I'm now at 9.5% at 235 lbs , he told me I should compete, he prepares national and european level athletes and he told me at national level, I could beat a lot of guys and easily gain a 1st in heavyweight category and obtain a pro card !!

I was really happy to hear that from a person who has met and worked with a lot of competitors :eek:

for the 1st time I'm probe of my well done job LOL, no vanity here I'm not that kind of person at all .. just wanted to share with PM's family :D

still have 8 week to diet, I want to be at 5% for a photo shot in July ...

I'll post pics soon

Ive seen your progress pics over the past few years
and Must say DAMN Impressive! youve realy added some Quality muscle.
Maybe you could give us a brief run down of what your current diet is lokking like? How many meals a day and what type of foods?
again great Job and glad to here your hard work is paying off.
 
Good job Mike. Yeah as Raj said your progress pics were amazing. Probably the most difference I have ever seen in that short of time.

thanx guys, it's really cool to see those nice words

well, concerning roids, I'm really basic and rotate between dbol and eq/tren when I bulk and tren/masteron when I cut

and i use a lot of test all the time (bulk/cut)

diet has played a HUGE part in my progress
I have a high proteins/high carbs/moderate fatdiet when I bulk and high proteins/low carbs/moderate fat when I cut ... nothing really complicated but it works good for

my training is simple too : I train heavy, most of the time low sets low reps , 1 muscle is worked every 5-7 days
