Guys,
Wanted to get opinions. I'm 206# (17% fat - prly less) right now, trying to drop fat. I'm following a basic CKD but modified with timed carbo's around workouts. For two weeks I have not changed in weight (found my baseline). I'm eating between 3k and 3.3k calories.
Here is the twist. I am just over a week in to my Test Ethan Cycle (yes even though cutting - I don't beleive in cutting vs. bulking AAS - only C vs. B dieting). Never done the AAS before. 300mg/EW (150x2).
QUESTION:
Would you guys just hold the calories as is or begin to drop them?? In the past I would begin to drop them but I'm not sure what to expect from the TE. I would think that the TE over the next few weeks would increase my Metabolic demands a bit so I'm thinking (leap of faith) it might make sense to hold the Calories for now. not looking for rapid weight loss here - just want to slowy drop some digits over the next 10 weeks and harden up a more - get in striking distance for like an 8 week contest prep.
Any thoughts on this would be great.
