I don't know if I'm putting this in the right forum or not, but I need some help in constructing a menu. My diet is a perfectly balanced (weighed to the scale) 3750 calories/day 40% carb, 40% protein, 20% fat.

My problem comes with variety. There isn't any. I eat 5 meals/day (next week, I'm gonna kick it back up to 6). First meal is 270 grams of egg white, with 150 grams of whole egg (usually 3 whole eggs); and 250 grams of potato with 2 slices of non fat cheese, a ton of garlic salt, and a smack of catchup.

Meals 2, 3, 4 I make the night before which is Brown Rice, Chicken, Black Beans, Garlic infused olive oil.

Meal 5 is a repeat of Meal 1.

Post work out, I have a tuna smoothee (thanks vander).

With little variation, this is what I've eaten since the beginning of the year. If I need to adjust calories up and down, it's pretty easy, effective, and very f***ing boring :(

What do ya'll eat? Menu wise. How do ya'll eat with jobs, and moving around? Do you cook 1 big meal/ night, and split it up into smaller meals for the next day, or cook throughout the day, or how is it done?
