I am currently following a bulking style diet and have not missed a meal in almost 6 months, consistently getting in 400 grams of protein and a minimum of 4000 calories per day. Lately, however, I feel like I am starting to hit a mental wall. Don't get me wrong I enjoy the gains and have put on 20 lbs (205-227) since July but when it comes time to eat again I find myself resisting and really have to force myself to make it happen. If I look at another steak I feel like I might go crazy,lol. My question is, have any of you all ever experienced this and if so, what kinds of things helped you to overcome it and get your will to eat fired up again? Thank you.
