Don't you guys hate it? We all love muscle, but everyday I think to myself how these guys do it every year, i mean its coming from like 12-20% BF to like 4% or LESS. I can't seem to diet down that low, Im having a hard time coming down from 14% BF but i guess I never tried hard enough before, with the cardio and extreme dieting. Everytime I hear someone say getting ripped is hard, then why would a pro want to get so fat and diet down again? Unless they are using alot of GH and other shit i don't know how they arent torturing themselves. I guess some pros dont need cardio or extreme dieting?

its like anything its about who wants it the most. Yeah some guys get fat in the offseason why because thats the fastest way to put on the most muscle. Its all about sacrifices, no one bodybuildes because of the glory associated with it they do it because they love it; because come on who actuely makes a career out of this sport

well, no career, but they diet like twice a year, my guess is, it isnt that hard for them like it is for me (meaning they get results much faster with their genetics so they dont need to do it that long) i hope i dont offend the ones who do diet and arent genetically gifted. more power to you guys, im doing it right now anyways.

It is relatively easy to diet down if you love to do it.

Discipline is involved only when you do something that you do NOT want to do. There is no discipline in doing something you love to do.

I agree with you folk

I love to compete, i use to compete 3 to 4 times a year, we have 1 competition in my country to qualify to the caribbeans or to the iberoamerican championships, and i use to qualifie, and then i compete in Miami.

To me is easyer to dieting to compete than dieting to gain weight
Of course the last month before countest is very hard, but is very hard to eat 10 times a day to gain mass.

And remember.....
There is no space for the littles!!!!!!

oh so true Biggie.....

when i'm dieting down i just think of how good it feels to WANT to eat and not feel bloated and sluggish all the time

everyone gets the munchies and cravings for stupid shit from time to time but just pound some water and it helps curb the hunger

my biggest problem is my appetite. i have a huge appetite. water helps somewhat. but sometimes it makes me even more hungry.
