Anyone here had any success with this? Anyone currently doing this diet?

Aren't you roughly 11 Weeks out from a show?
Yes on the show. I won't waver from the plan that I'm currently doing. No worries there bro...
I was just doing some reading on it, and was curious to hear other's opinions on the diet. There are some things I found interesting, yet felt the need to wash my face with some clearasil after reading it too...
My all time favourite diet/way of eating.
I feel great whilst on it and have been doing so for many years, Easy for me to stick to and keeps me lean during the off season whilst still being able to grow. :headbang:
100%
I feel GREAT on this diet as well.

It IS the easiest diet to stick to.
Ive had great success with the Anabolic Diet.
Dropped from 280 to 250 over a four month period.
Put on at least 10 pounds of muscle at the same time.
I only carb load on sunday. Not Sat and Sun.
I think this diet is great if you have a slow metabolism.
Probably not that good for naturally skinny guys. I could be wrong.
I think skinnier guys would do better carb loading every 2-3 days.
Im on prescription TRT only.
I have the Metabolic Diet book as well. They are pretty much the same.
He just started pushing his supplement line more in the metabolic diet and didnt include menus.
These are fucking fantastic books. If you love this shit you will enjoy these books.
Just know there is no significant difference with fat loss between a low carb and high carb diet
