This is possibly very bad. Distilled water is for irons and radiators, batteries and such. it is void of minerals. IT IS NOT FREE FROM BACTERIA!! Bacteriostatic water is for injection. Free of all bacteria and safe for inj. Your friend is playing a very dangerous game if he is injecting with anything other than Bacterostatic water. he may end up very sick with infections and some other nasty shit!!
