This is my 6th day of DNP at 200mg every 24 hours. I have felt nothing in the way of any side effects from it. No sweating, no hottness, no lethargy, and on top of that i have been hitting the weight like a motherfucker this week! Crazy energy in the gym which in turn makes me sweat like a motherfuker in there. I will be going to 400mg today; 200mg spaced 12 hours apart. this is from a reputable source.. I will only say HFL. If you know fine but dont ask me to elaborate on what those letters mean. Aslo i started ECAY stack 3 days ago and I have to tell you it makes me feel a little hot and sweaty for about 10mins about 30 mins after i take it...

I am at a lost?

You've been scammed. You KNOW you're taking DNP within an hour of taking it & after 6 days, you will not feel like doing much, let along hitting the weights like a mofo.

Well just a heads up.. I took it 12 hours from the last time.. so split 400mg day and last night I was sweating. Not much but enough.. could I jst have need 400 vs 200?
 
200mgs per day is not enough to really make your temp rise. Take 200mg every 8 hours and after a day or two tell us if you're sweating.
 
Hey bro... honestly i am telling ya it doesnt sound like that stuff is very potent. We started about the same time... 6 days ago for me.. and I am taking 200mg every night at bedtime and i feel pretty shitty. Not very bad, but today i ate a little to much carbs... and sweated my ass off at that amount. Also , not as strong as I was first of the week. I started feeling mine about day 2 and really its kinda peaked out about day 4. I only run 200mgs a day for 20 to 21 day cycles anymore and seem to like it best. I work outside, and with my life sceduale i cant run anymore than that. I have always made my own for years so i know the exact potency. Sounds like yours might be a little weak bro... just my input
 
doesnt sound legit to me. dnp is some nasty stuff I never could break 600mg, i remeber laying on my basement floor in a pool of sweat thinking to my self, what the hell are you doing? It works amazing but isn't too practicle for 90% of people, including anyone with a job.
 
no conundrum...

your dose is too low to see any noticable effects.

usually 2 days at 200 to assess tolerance for first time users is sufficient. no rashes or allergic reactions , then bump it up to 400mg.

you WILL know when it is starting to take effect. breathing will be laboured. it will feel as if when you are walking the very act of propelling yourself forward makes you feel like your walking underwater it requires so much effort.

take all the sheets off your bed and sleep on bath towels as i found when i slept was when i sweat the most. it'd be nothing to wake up 4-5 times over the course of the nite to find my pillow soaked with sweat.

you'll also notice within 10 minutes of carb intake a increased body temperature followed by perspiration.

all of these effects were noted in the 400-600mg range.

i have run 200mg for 20 days to see what it do and didnt have the sweats, lethargy or heta asscoiated with this compound. didnt notice nearly the same fat loss in comparison to a 7 day 600mg couse.
