DNP Opinions

i've run it at 400-600 a day in two week cycles. I havn't ever had any great sides as of yet. Just alot of sweating, but really no discomfort. Mild lethargy after a while, but always makes me more mentally alert or focused (which might be to increase in fructose and some simple sugar) which are normally non-existent in my diet. I like it, but really dont notice much (other than sweating) unitl day 5-6, as far as fatloss in concerned.
 
i dont notice the fat loss really till after im off. i do 7-10 days at a time, and notice the diff about 3-4 days after i stop. the most weight i think was 8-10 lbs in 10 days. maybe it was 7, i dont know for sure.

ill be running it again after my next PL meet in 3 weeks to lose about 7 lbs. having to eat more than i would like to keep strength up.
 
I read about guys who lose 20lbs in less than 2 weeks, have any of you guys heard or had results like this?
 
if thats the case im sure some of that weight was water from glycogen depletion, and from lack of intestinal bulk from reduced food intake. Candyroids, why do u just relax and see what happens, quit stressing over it.
 
For me it was most effective when on 400g+ carbs, lost a ridiculous amount of fat doing that, was on about 4k cals/day & lost 2 inches off my waist in about a week! Crazy shit! On all my subsequent cycles I employed lower carbs/cals & never got anywhere like the same results but was more comfortable. If I were ever to try it again (doubtful as I have become more health-conscious in recent years) I would go with the higher carbs as although uncomfortable the results are just mental!

Never happened to me at all. If you dont take precautions and keep hydrated, the dehydration could have that effect in some.
