i've run it at 400-600 a day in two week cycles. I havn't ever had any great sides as of yet. Just alot of sweating, but really no discomfort. Mild lethargy after a while, but always makes me more mentally alert or focused (which might be to increase in fructose and some simple sugar) which are normally non-existent in my diet. I like it, but really dont notice much (other than sweating) unitl day 5-6, as far as fatloss in concerned.
