Do you always aspirate when shooting into Delt?

I recently started using my delts again. I had a couple bad injects in my quads with hitting nerves so i am changing it up a bit. Anyway I always found it really hard to fully aspirate using my delts because I can barely reach over to inject as it is.

Funny you should post this question. Just today, I was thinking about it. I have NEVER had ANY medical person do ANY aspiration for ANY injection on me or anyone I have observed getting an injection! NEVER! I got an injection a few months ago of a steroid (not the good kind) in my butt and the nurse just jammed it in. (On a side note, she told me that it wasn't going to make me look like Arnold!)

Any way, when getting injections of anything or observing anyone else getting an injection, intramuscular or otherwise, I have never seen anyone aspirate. Any idea why this is?

word to the wise...

always asperate not matter what muscle group you are doing.
it takes a while to get the hang of it but unless you want some real complications......make sure to asperate.

this is just a guess, but if its for medical reasons maybe it doesnt matter if the injection gets into a blood vessel. the point of aspirating with AAS is to make sure your not in a vein. just my guess.

I never aspirate. I have injected at least 1000 times, probably a lot more, in every part of my body. And I mean every part!
No one in the medical profession actual does it.
It is nearly impossible to inject in to a vein by accident.
Guys would be falling out left and right.
I'm sure I will get slammed for my opinion, but I'm not going to tell someone to aspirate when I never have
