Some times you have to eat but you cant, you are working or some thing else, try my shake...
Take 3 cups rice and cook it with a lot of water, add water everytime and get a soft coked rice...
Stir in a blender in high speed 400 gr of rice with 3 cups vanilla or chocolate whey protein, and have it with you like an extra meal replacement....
It is about 70 gr carbs, 66 gr. protein, 6 gr. fats = 600 cals
If you are loosing one meal you can loose weight. Enjoy
