DB on a decline bench on chest day. Cable pullover on back day. Favorite tricep exercise is a skull crusher/pullover. Sometimes I'll do all 3 in a week, sometimes just one. I always get at least one version the pullover in every week. Plus i do the ab wheel quite a bit which is essentially a pullover. It's excellent for shoulder mobility/stability. If it causes you shoulder pain you should fix the problem, not avoid the movement.
