people who have had experiance dieting for a show... have you noticed if casein/caseinate protein causes water retention beneath the skin?
i switched over from whey isolate to a majority casein protein and although i'm feeling fuller/harder with the casein protein i'm also feeling bloated most of the time in the abdomen and there seems to a layer of water over my midsection....
HOWEVER, i'm not sure if its just my head playing tricks on me or its its really causing me to look smoother... because i'm not so lean that it would be obvious it might just be fat.
