I used to love that NYC, I thought it rocked. My favorite fat burner is 1 hour of cardio ED, and lowering of carbs.
Not so sound like a kiss ass but Synthaburn is all I have been using for a long time. Works will, gets me going, keeps me reved up, but not too jittery
Might have to give it a shot even though i know diet and trainign are key, nice to know something else can help out a bit...need to talk to ya Phil about getting some of that great stuff....and the best way to use it to get best results.
