Day 2: 1.0mg Letro
Day 3: 1.5mg Letro

I want to follow this protocal. How do you know how much you are getting with the dropper? Would .50 mg 's be 0.5 ml's? Little help please

No, since your letro is in a concentration of 2.5mg/1ml.

Look at it like this, if you have 0.5mls, which is one half of 1ml, you will have exactly one half of 2.5mgs which is 1.25mg's.

0.5mgs is one fifth of 2.5mgs (e.g. 0.5/2.5 = 0.2 which is an approximation of 1/5). So, to get the ml's you want divide the number of mgs you plan on taking for that day by the total mgs per ml. As an example,

Day 1: 0.5mg / (2.5mg/ml) = 0.2 ml
Day 2: 1mg / (2.5mg/ml) = 0.4 ml
