Dental advice is generally pretty unnecessary, although also pretty harmless. Recommendation to avoid Fluoride containing toothpaste is sheer quackery though, endless literature contradicting that advice.

I dont mean to turn this into a political thread mate, but do you even know what fluoride is? Its a TOXIC BY-PRODUCT that is produced during the manufacture of fertilizer. Thats right. Companies that produce fertilizer are left with TOXIC waste matter called fluoride, which costs millions to properly dispose of because it is so toxic. Clinical studies on the substance are all sponsored by big brother industries which all claim how safe and wonderful it is in low dosages and they are all BS. Yes they claim it is somewhat beneficial for your teeth but it actually makes them more brittle! But the buck doesnt stop there. There are many, many other longterm side effects.

Yes I go out of my way to avoid aspartame and fluoride, especially in my kid's diets.

Avoid fluoride like the plague people. And make sure you are not in a state where fluoride is automatically put into your drinking water system.

Believe what you want.

Im a dentist, believe it or not. Goes without saying that makes me a fully signed up member of the 'big brother' conspiracy though so
take my advice with a pinch of salt...or dont, i hear they put all sorts in that stuff...

for tooth health, since I quit soda and started drinking raw milk daily my teeth have never ached, and the dentist is always impressed. I read the minerals in raw milk help rebuild teeth, but IDK to what extent.

Unless you're in a completely urban area...it shouldn't be hard to get. If you want it, do something about it and get it. Check out realmilk.com and the weston a price foundation's website.
