That is impressive!! he looks better than most able bodied bbers. One thing though his bf is not 4% as stated, prob more like 7-8%. at 4% he should have striated shoulders and chest. He is in fantastic shape and condition though. A true champion!!

i would think you could get cardio out of a wheel chair. try pushing one up a hill might get your heart rate up

When I was 19 (many years ago) I had a friend from Holland who was a paraplegic, legs completely wasted, literally bones. And he had phenominal upper body developement. Tho he used a wheelchair, he did actually use his arms as his legs much of the time.
