First Post:
"I used to do this combination 30 minutes before my training, 500mg royal jelley, 1000 mg C vitamin, 1 table spoon MCT or Olive oil and 5 minutes before training 1 table spoon aple cider vinegar.
Royal jelly helps the growth of Glial cells which participate in signal transmision in the nervous system and having a stimulating effect on the nervous system."

"It is much safer than ephedra. I take aple cider vinegar for many reason, before training to prevent muscle cramps to dilate cronic fatigue and kip the blood oxigenated. Yes it is good for joints and to brake down fat.
I prefer MCT for extra energy (caloris) and for thermogenic effect, but if you dont have MCT than Olive oil will do (olive oil is not as good as MCT before training),"

"I head a product with all that combination plus Rhodiola Rosea,Phytin,and 100mg Caffeine. I did find a new extract which will help to dilate mental fatigue for 90 minutes, I am workin on the new formula. I do use aple cider vinegar on the daily base , and yes I am takeing the combination agent, on till I will have the new formula. I do also take 2 smal scoops of amino blend (L-Leucine, L-Valine, L-Isoleucine, L-Aspartic Acid, L-Lysine,L-Tyrosine, L-Phenylalanine) before my training. And I add 3 table spoon of aple cider vineger to a 1/2 galon water which I drink during my training."
