I'm missing something?

Almost all the protocols I have researched suggest having high water and sodium, and cutting sodium on Friday all day, and water in the evening.

Would there be any reason to cut the water and keep the sodium?

I stop adding extra salt on Friday, take half at noon, another half at 7pm, maybe one more half at like 5 Am. And I don’t cut water I still sip on it. Tried this after hearing theobald talk about it and felt like it was my best look. I only cut water when doing no diuretics
