I have read guys like Phil say to eat when you're hungry, and others have meals planned out and eat regardless. I am an insurance agent, so if it's lunchtime and a client is in the waiting area, I can't tell them I have to go to lunch! I bring shakes to get me from meal to meal, but today... JEEZ!!!
I had an appointment at 12:30 (mid lunch) so I made my lean ground beef patties this morning and put them in tupperwear. Well, as I'm getting ready to eat before the appt, a customer walks in, then the appt walks in, then another guy, and finally 1 last guy. I planned to eat at 12, didn't eat until 2:45 :eek:

what do you guys do for work and does this ever happen to you? Because there isn't a whole lot I can do ya know. I gotta make money, but I also gotta eat!
 
Do the best you can do "day in and day out". More often then not you will get your daily calories in. Maybe not perfect timing. You got to do your job. Otherwise you wont be able to afford your hobby of body building.

practice makes everything easy my meal plan

breakfast : 8:00 am 500grams of chicken + 100 grams rice

mid morning : 11:00 am 70 grams whey + 30 ml extra virgin oilve oil

lunch 2:00 pm 20 egg whites + 5 yolks + 250ml milk

preworkout ( 5:00 pm) 70 grams whey + with 70grams oatmeal blended + 30 ml extra virgin oilve oil

post workout ( 6:30 pm) 70 grams of whey + 75 grams of dextrose

dinner (10:00 pm) 20 egg whites + 5 yolks


yeah i am hungry at these timing as i have mentioned

Question are you prepping for a contest? If not don't sweat it, eat when you can and I agree with Phil eat when you are hungry but as you said you need to make your income as without it you wouldn't be into bodybuilding as it is an expensive sport.
 
I Agree with the above poster, if not in contest prep.. dont sweat it to much. I'm sure your getting enough cals to do justice.
